Can I try it out before I commit?

Yes, you can attend any class for free. Email us at info@premiercrossfit.com or call us at 903-534-7031 to set up your free class attendance. You can also try one of our Free Saturday Community workouts, held the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 9:00AM. You don’t have to schedule attendance to the Saturday workouts, just show up.

Why should I train with you?

Because what we do works. CrossFit is extremely successful in producing results. We provide the programming. We design each workout to elicit proper physical and neurological responses geared toward making you stronger, faster and mentally tougher. We coach you through each workout and help you monitor your progress.

Can I CrossFit?

Anyone can CrossFit. Workouts are scaled down with lighter weights, less reps, and fewer rounds to meet the needs of beginning trainees. It still won’t be easy, but we don’t expect a new athlete to perform like an experienced one should. One of the best things about CrossFit is that every program is scalable to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, Premier CrossFit is for you. You may very well be fit, but that does not equal CrossFit. Our programs are all scalable to your fitness level. In other words, it’s you against the workout—you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.

Is CrossFit safe?

CrossFit is safe and very effective as long as you use proper technique and know your limitations. Our trainers are efficient at teaching you how to progress with your skills and giving you instruction on how to perform CrossFit safely. CrossFit is a sport and injuries do occur in any sport, however, we do our best to educate you on how to avoid injuries.

How do I know if Premier CrossFit is right for me?

Great question. And one we want to be sure every prospective member is crystal clear about the answer to. At Premier CrosFit, we are about creating a community of hard workers who are actively dedicated to the success of themselves and others – in fitness and all other aspects of life.

How do I start?

Try us out and see if we are a good fit for you. Every new athlete must attend an Elements course, which takes you step by step through the nine foundational movements of CrossFit and the safety and efficacy of how we train CrossFit.

Once I have completed my Elements course, should I join regular classes or start with one-on-one training?

This will be discussed by you and your trainers at the completion of Elements, but it really depends on your interests and goals. While we’d like to see every member get involved in group classes, we understand that group training is not for everyone. That’s why we also offer one-on-one and even small group instruction as alternatives. Together we’ll figure out what’s best for you.

Do I have to complete the prerequisite Elements course?

In general, yes. Despite being built on a foundation of functional movement, CrossFit is a uniquely demanding fitness program that challenges even the world’s fittest athletes. However, knowing that every individual is different, “testing out” is an option we can discuss when you join.

Do you offer private training?

Yes, we do. If you’re looking for more personal attention, looking to hone in your skills, looking for more intensive coaching in a specific sport discipline, have an issue that warrants more personal attention or simply feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting, please e-mail us at info@premiercrossfit.com.

How important is proper nutrition to my CrossFit program?

Extremely important! Check our Nutrition page for more information.

I am visiting from out of town, can I drop in?

Yes, you can come and drop while you are here – our rules are you must have been CrossFitting at an affiliate gym for at least 3-months. Our drop in fee is $20. Come 10 minutes early to fill out our information form and waiver.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to get in the best shape of your life with Premier CrossFit.

Are there shower facilities available?

Yes, we do have shower facilities available. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.

Who are the class instructors?

Premier CrossFit coaches are all CrossFit Level One certified. Many have additional CrossFit certifications and Personal Training certifications. Our trainers are experienced in physical fitness training and in CrossFit training and competitors. Our coaches are highly motivated and experienced individuals who will coach you to your fitness and wellness goals.

Will I work with a trainer every time?

Yes. All classes will be led by an experienced CrossFit trainer to ensure proper movement patterns, and the fastest possible results without sacrificing your body. You will be observed during each and every session to ensure you are making good progress toward achieving your individual fitness goals.
