If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Premier CrossFit’s Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with one of our trainers to review your knowledge of CrossFit. During which we will assess your skills with the foundational movements. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.

If you are new to CrossFit, we recommend you to take these steps:

  1. The first step is to try a class for free. This is the best way to get a feel for CrossFit, the community, coaches and programming.
  2. The second step is to schedule Elements, three personal training sessions with a CrossFit Coach, offered as private, partner, or triple client sessions. Elements is designed to teach you the correct technique of the CrossFit movements and to ease you into the intensity of the workouts.
  3. Once you complete Elements, decide what CrossFit package you’d like. You are then eligible to attend any scheduled CrossFit or CrossFit Conditioning class on the schedule. Your Elements Coach will assist you with package selection and proper set up in Wodify.
