Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Each workout can be scaled to meet you where you are and challenge you mentally and physically. We offer 2X Week, 3X Week and 5X Week CrossFit Class Options. Specialty classes, such as Athleo Barbell Club, have additional rates.
What Package Do I Choose?
If you are unsure which class you want to participate in, let us know and we can help you decide. We suggest that you choose a home class, i.e. M-F 5:30pm or M-W-F 5:30am. Choosing a home class gives you accountability and creates consistency, which over time equals results. It also allows your coach to get to know you, your strengths and limitations so that he/ she can help you get results.
Additional family members that live in the same household may add on to the same or lower package at a discounted rate (see chart above). Military, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders, Fire Fighters, Teachers and Full Time Students will receive a 10% discount on standard pricing. Must show proof to receive discount. We do not offer Personal Training or Specialty Program discounts for family add ons, Military, LEO, FD, Teachers or students.
How to Get Started
If you are new to CrossFit, we suggest you schedule a Free Trial Visit. The second step is to schedule and attend Elements. The third step is to choose your Premier CrossFit package. Elements must be completed before you can plug into a CrossFit class. Upon graduating Elements, you will receive a 20% discount (off of regular pricing) on your first month of CrossFit classes.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter, we suggest you schedule a Free Trial Visit. The second step is to schedule and complete a Test Out session. The third step is to choose your Premier CrossFit package. You may attend class as long as your Test Out is scheduled.
Free Community Workouts
We offer several free Saturday Community Workouts a month and we would love to have you come and join us. Please contact us for times and details! There is no need to schedule attendance to the Saturday Community Workout, but if you are new to Premier CrossFit, we do recommend you arrive 15 minutes early.
Setting Up Your Client Account
Once you become a member, we will create your client account in Wodify. After you receive your welcome email, log in and update your profile and payment information. You will have access to the many Wodify features that help you become a better athlete.
