Our CrossFit classes are designed to teach the group a skill and to perform a workout of the day (WOD). All skills and WODs are scaleable for any fitness level.
The classes will start with a dynamic warm-up. We will then go into skills practice which will allow you to hone in on your CrossFit skills and to be prepared for the class WOD. After the workout, we will finish the class with a cool down and stretching/ mobility movements.
CrossFit workouts are constantly varied and always changing. Some days will include max load, long distance run, or max rounds. The idea is to keep your body always guessing.
We offer a conditioning class for women only on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 – 6:00 AM.
Premier Strength is designed to bring the fundamental movements of squatting, pressing, and deadlifting in a format that produces the most functional outcome. The goal of having a strength program is to supplement and add on to the existing CrossFit program. The outcome of participating in Strength is to gain an understanding of muscle growth and development, to see over strength increase in a way that promotes function in the rest of life.
It’s never too early to begin teaching children about health and fitness. Our kid’s bootcamp introduces basic movements in a safe and fun filled environment designed for their age-group. With our energetic and engaging coaching, kids will be too busy having fun to realize they are breaking a sweat and whole families can enjoy the benefits of being involved at Premier.
